They were born in 1352AH/1933AD in a village named Ojha Gunj (UP India).
Family Background

Education
Faqih E Millat alaih rahmah was an able son of religious and pious parents. At the age of five years he was entrusted to Sheikh Zakariya, a pupil of his father, who taught him the Holy Qur’an and under his able guidance began to memorise the Holy Qur’an and completed memorisation in three and a half years.
Primary education in Persian and Arabic was imparted to him by Sheikh Abdul Rauf and Sheikh Abdul Bari. For further religious education he went to Nagpur and joined, ‘Madrassah Islamiya Shamsul Uloom’. His parents also accompanied him to Nagpur as there was nobody to look after them in there local area following the demise elder son had passed away.
Faqih E Millat alaih rahmah had to work very hard during the day to earn livelihood for his parents and himself. After Fajr and Asr Salaah he used to learn Qir’at (Correct recitation of the Holy Qur’an) and after Maghrib prayer he attended classes for Dars E Nizami under Raees Ul Muhaqiqeen Allama Arshad Ul Qadri alaih rahmah (d.2002).
He completed his education after five years and was given the degrees of Qari and A’alim.

The primary education as stated earlier was imparted by Sheikh Zakariya, Sheikh Abdul Rauf, Sheikh Abdul Bari and Raees Ul Muhaqiqeen Allama Arshad Ul Qadri alaih rahmah who were the distinguished A’alim under whose affectionate and exalted guidance, he completed his higher education.
In addition, Faqih E Millat alaih rahmah got the precious opportunity of becoming the pupil of Mufti-E-Azam Hind Maulana Mustapha Raza Khan alaih rahmah and Sadrush Shariah Mufti Muhammad Amjad Ali alaih rahmah. He received lessons on Hadith from [Imam Bukhari’s] ‘Sahih Bukhari’ and was favoured with studentship of eminence by both of them alaih rahmah.
Marriage
They were married twice during their lifetime. Firstly, to the daughter of Dildaar Hussain and after her passing away the daughter of Abdul Rahman.
