Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

All Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam

Seeing the moon in a dream, or even saeeing two moons does not have a bad meaning. Although you may have felt scared at the time, however it is nothing to be worried about.

The verses in Surah Yusuf are evident of this:

'Ya abati inni ra aytu ahada ashara kawkabann washamsa wal qamara ra'aytuhum li sajidin'

'Oh my father, indeed I saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon both prostrating to me.'

Hadrat Yusuf alayhis 'salam became the ruler of Egypt, which was a true interpretation of his dream. It was in his dream that he saw the sun, and the moon, the stars etc.

Jazak'allah for your question.

Wallahu A'lamu Biththawaab
