I just received a text from a friend which read as follows
At 3.25am the moon will do tawaf around the Khana kaba. This only comes around every "1 million" years. And at this time whatever wish/prayer u make will come true. And at that time the light of the moon will go blue. Plz read n pass on, don't let any1 mis out
Anybody know the truth in this?

Are they saying that the moon will come ands go around the kaaba 7 times(its what constitutes a tawaf)? The kaaba is no where near 1 million years old so how can it happen every 1 million years? Dont fall for jokes like this,we muslims are supposed to be an intelligent community.

Salaam Brothers & Sisters
I also got the same message, so I googled it and found that many people disbelieved it. On the night of the 26th July at exactly 3.25am the moon DID do tawaf around the Kaaba as it was witnessed by my brother (aged 19) and sister (aged 24) and the moon flashed a blue light. Basically they said the moon was going side to side numerous times but they didnt count the amount of times, Im assuming it was 7 as thats the amount for a tawaf. The moon looked to be moving side to side but really the moon was going around in circles. After these circular motions the moon continued normally. At 3.10am I looked out the window and the moon slowly disappeared behind the buildings, had I waited another 15minutes I would have also been witness of Allah (swt) miracle.
Some of you out there may not believe what Ive wrote but my brother and sister are adults and they had faith in Allah (swt), they are 100% confident that the moon has done tawaf. Lesson for all of us, Allah is the creator of all things, He can do what He wishes, If science says thats not possible He could make it possible. So we should never think such a thing is not possible, by thinking like that your basically saying Allah (swt) cant so such a thing which we all know He can do anything. Im just thinking if there was someone at the Kaaba at 3.25am who may have witnessed the same, but actually seen the circular motion of the moon??

Your story seems very fake just like your profile,go fool other please. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala can make it occur if he so wishes no doubt, but he has put a system in place through which he governs his creation. Where in hadith, authentic books is it stated that it occurs once every million years and etc etc? Provide references.

Brother
I made an account today so I could post a message, not so I could make useless lies about such things, I do have better things to do then make a forum account so I could sell lies, if you dont believe me then thats your choice, everyone has their own opinions. Im assuming your a muslim, so let me ask you a question, do you believe that Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) split the moon in 2? did u witness it happen? so could you prove that the prophet did split the moon in 2? No you cant, you could quote it maybe out the Holy Quran. Could you prove that Allah is one and that the quran is the words of God? no you cant! So why are you a muslim??? because of your belief!! If you dont believe that Allah could make the moon do tawaf around the Kaaba then ask your self Do you even believe in Allah? Allah is the creator of everything, He could do what he wants. Back to your point regarding its not written that this event was going to happen, I agree apart from the text message I got, I dont think it was written anywhere that this was going to happen. But after the Prophet Muhammed, all the miracles that have happened do you think they have been recorded or written anywhere? Allah hasnt quoted all the miracles that have or will happened. Not long ago in Pakistan during Rabbi Ul Awwal during the Milaad period, it is believed the Prophet Muhammed came and visited a family home bacause no one visited their home duing milaad. The house was full of light for days and the prophet left their footprint in the ground. This miracle was witnessed by many people in Pakistan, But it was not quoted or written that it was going to happen. But at the end of the day If you dont believe me then I cant prove you wrong because I dont have evidence so it pointless arguing over it. Lets just say Im not the type of guy thats going to waste my time to lie.
Inshallah you will witness a miracle of Allah one day which will make you believe such things

Inshallah you will witness a miracle of Allah one day which will make you believe such things The splitting of the moon was to prove to the kuffar the prophethood of RasoolAllah Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam. What would be the purpose of this event? How did people know it was to occurr(before it did)? Surely they must have heard or read it somewhere in order to know before hand,so where are their references? miracles can and do occurr but they dont get publicised over the phone or via internet before hand(as in this case). Also how can the moon be known to go around kaba every million years when the kaba(as physical entity)did not exhist a million years ago but was only built tens of thousand years ago at most? Also where are the duas and ibadat the origonal post mentions, mentioned in religious texts? The chakwal incident in pakistan was proven to be a fake anyway. A miracle is spontaneous or out of the blue,if someone has to inform me of it a few days before it occurrs its most likely a stunt or a joke. These are like chain letters, only now via text message instead. more damage to image of islam than good.

Assalaam Alaekum,
My Wife got this text message as well. I'm wondering how someone knew the exact date and time this would happen. Also, if this was publicly known, was there anything in the news about this?

Its a lie. A mith. "See you not that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the mountains, and the trees, and Ad-Dawab (moving living creatures, beasts, etc.), and many of mankind?" (22:18)
"The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein, glorify Him and there is not a thing but glorifies His Praise. But you understand not their glorification. Truly, He is Ever Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving." (17:44) 👉🏻 So everything in the universe is already worshipping Allah Almighty and prostrate to Him. There is no such thing as moon taking thousand years to do tawaf to worship Allah and then taking break for the next thousand years. Its an absolute myth and against the quranic concept of everything worshipping Allah Almighty every single second. And secondly, what has our 'prayers being fulfilled and getting true' got to do with moon doing tawaf? This is absolutely ridiculous and none but the weak faith people among muslims believe in it. Are they restricting Allah Almighty's mercy of accepting duas to the movement of moon around kaaba? Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'uun. May Allah grant them the understanding of true aqeeda. Aameen
