Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuI wanted to know what you pray in this namaaz? I know when it is prayed but wanted to know what the niyat was and what is prayed? Is it like praying normal 2 rakat namaz. I hope the following helps: Salatul Doha:One of the optional prayers is Salatul Doha. It is a Sunnah Mu’akkadah (supererogatory). The Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam persisted in performing it, approved it, and highlighted its merits to the people. My dear brother, do you pray Salatul Doha? I believe you are a virtuous person, yet I do not justify anybody before Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Its timeIts time is from twenty minutes after the sunrise till twenty minutes before Salatul Zuhr (noon prayer). The Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam said, "In the morning, charity is due on every joint of the body of every one of you. Every utterance of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala's Glorification (i.e., saying Subhan Allah) is an act of charity, every utterance of His Praise (i.e., saying Al-hamdu lillah) is an act of charity, every utterance of declaration of His Greatness (i.e., saying La ilaha ill Allah) is an act of charity, and every utterance of declaration of His Power (i.e. saying Allah Akbar); and enjoining M`aruf (good) is an act of charity, and forbidding Munkar (evil) is an act of charity, and two Rak`ats of Doha Prayers which one performs in the Forenoon is equal to all this (in reward).'' The number of the joint (the phalanxes) in every one’s body is nearly 360 joints. Let us, my dear brother, give the due charity on every joint bone of our bodies, for each utterance of “Subhana Allah”, “Al-hamdu lillah”, “La ilaha ill Allah”, “Allah Akbar”, as well as enjoining good, and forbidding evil. Oh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, who can do this! Thanks to Allah for Salatul Doha: for performing it makes us rich! Abu Hurayra Radi Allahu anhu said, "My Dear One Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam enjoined me with three: to sleep having performed the Witr prayer; to observe two Rak`ats of Doha, as it is the prayer of the righteous believers; and to fast three days every month." The opposite of “righteous” is “oblivious”. Thus, my dear brother, be righteous by performing Salatul Doha. The number of its Rak`atsIt is a minimum of two Rak`ats and a maximum of eight. “The Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam performed eight Rak`ats of Doha prayer with a Tasleema (the action of ending a prayer) after each two Rak`ats.” You do the same niyyat as you would for any namaaz but mention the name of the namaz (salat ul duha) as far I am aware any surahs can be read. JazakAllah Khayrun Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem !!! Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem wa magfiratuhu !!!
ISHRAK PRAYER [/b]is the prayer from 20 minutes after sunrise ,
till 2 hours after sunrise !!!
The tawwab I have allready told .
The thawwab of this namaz is different .
CHAST PRAYER [/u]is the prayer after this time till makruh time in the midday !!!
You should at least do 2 rakats to thank ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta'ala for ... I can not explain ,my english is a little bit week, but it is PRFECTLY EXPLAINED by brother saalik on an other part of this forum !!!
It would be perfekt , when you do 12 rakats ; who ever will do this regually, will get a mension made from gold in the achira !!!
Subhanallah !!! Alhamdulillah !!! Allahu Akbar !!!
The most rakat we fulfil, the most thawwab we will get !!!
Alhamdulillah !!!
Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu !!!

How does ishrak prayer differ from Doha? Salah al-Ishraq is performed when a person has read Fajr with congregation and then stays at his place of prayer until the sun appears fully, about twenty minutes after sunrise. He then reads two Rakats nafl prayer of Ishraq. Chast/doha Salah is performed in the morning (after sunrise and before Zawal) though it is better to perform it after a quarter of the day has passed. Between two and twelve Rakats are read. Wasalaam

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
When you say between 2-12 rakaats can be prayed, is this with one salaam, or is it prayed 2 rakats then salaam until 12 are prayed?

Auzu Billaahi Minash Shaitaanir Rajim Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem Assalaatu Wassalaamu Alayka Ya Rasoolallah Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu
Salaat-e-Chashat (Doha) with a khass wird of the acceptance of all Duas
Time for Salatul Chaast (also known as Doha Salaat): 9:45 to 11:15
[When the sun has risen high and there is heat in its rays, the performance of 2,4,6,8 or 12 rakaats is called Namaaz-e-Chaast]
The Traditions says that the performance of 2 rakaats wipes away all ones sins. There are 360 joints in our body and to pay Sadaqah for each is Wajib (obligatory) The 2 rakaaats is enough to pay all the Sadakah. Performance of 4 rakaats places the performer's name among the Abids and is the Sunnat of Saliheen and promise the performer protection until the evening. The performer of 6 rakaats is relieved of his day's worries. Performance of 8 rakaats places his name among the Parhezgaars and the performer of 12 rakaats ensures a Golden Mansion for himself in Paradise. (Ref : Tirmizi, Ibne Majah, Ahmad). Method:
Read 2 rakaats Nafil with the niyyat (intention) of Chaast. In the last sajdah (prostration) of the last rakaat, after Subhaana Rabbiyal Alaa read 41 times Ya Wahhabu. You will get relief from worries and tensions; miraculously you'll get extreme peace. When performed on thursday, after salaam, without talking to anyone read 500 times Ya Samiu with 11 times Darood Shareef before and after, then ask as many heartfelt duas, Inshah Allah! your duas will be accepted with merits. This has been tried with success.
Note: All nafil salaat must be read in a cycle of two by two rakaat.
Niyyat: Nawaytu an Usalliya Lillaahi Ta'ala Rakaatayni Salaata Naflil Chaast Mutawajjihaanillah Jihaatil Kaabatish Sharifatee. Allahu Akbar
Please If you are reading it normally (whether 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12), you don't need to recite the 41 times Ya Wahhabu as mentioned above but if you wanna do it , you can, but Ya Sami'u 500 times should only be recited on Thursday .
Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem !!! Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu wa magfiratuhu !!!
The time begins , when the sun is a sword length above the horizon !!!!
After you have end the last rakat, you should sit, like your are sitting in the prayer , and put your hans like your are making a dua , than speak 10 times YA BASIT(U) --- that wil you allso bring reward!!!(I have forgotten the reward)
I practicised "YA SAMI(U) " allways on thirsday !!! Students of minhajj told me at this day, when you would not speak to anybody ,while doing ; ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will hear all your wishes !!!
YA SAMII(U) = THE ALL HEARING !!!
Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu !!!

The benefit of reciting "Ya Basitu' is that it will increase the Halaal(LEGAL)Rizq for one who recites it after completing every Salaah.
