is there any islamic doa to increases your height. if there is so plz tell me i want to gain few inches to my height because i am very short in all my frends circle..

Welcome to our forum and as per the rules please menton your location in your profile. You can do some stretching exercises, type 3 Effective Stretching Exercises To Increase Height in google and you'll get a load of results. Bonus tip: After warming up a little, go into prostration (Sijdah) and stretch your spine while in that position and maintain the stretching for a few minutes. Your hands must also be stretched ahead. Do this regularly together with other related exercises, Inshah Allah! you'll see some positive results. P.S. In case you fall upon any link where you are told do yoga with the posture Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) etc., then avoid this as we don't worship the sun even mentally in exercise etc. There's no wrong with the exercises in yoga but certain things associated with it are kufr. |

Sister, Allah doesn't look at your outer appearance. Try not to get too occupied by the thought of being short. Because in the end your height doesn't matter. Your friends accept you for the way you are, right? Wassalamu 'alaykum |

Got this on the net without any reference so....
Read 3 times Darood Shareef + 7 times Surah Fatihah + 3 times Darood Shareef. Blow in water and drink in the morning - to be done everyday.
