Wa alaikum assalaam If you are sahib e tarteeb (have 5 or less qadha salahs to your name since it became fardh on you) then you read the qadhas of the day first and then the salah of the waqt/time (whatever salah period you are in). However if you are not sahib e tarteeb(have 6 or more qadhas in your life, including qadhas of current day) then you can read them before or after the salah of the waqt (make sure you dont let the salah of that waqt go to qadha though at any cost).
If this second category applies to you then you can read them before or after isha Note: Its NOT permissable to deliberately let a salah go qadha even if at work, one must fulfill it on time (major sin if not done unless sharia has given exemption I.e. surgeon/doctor whilst trying to save a life etc where time is critical), in this day and age its widely accepted by employers to come to an agreement for worker to take a few min break an read waqt salah in some corner or room, sadly its our own ego/nafs that puts us off by bringing the embarrassment excuse into the mind.
