These are some duas for stress and anxiety:
There are many du’as, and surahs that can be read to help remove stress and anxiety. Some of the recommended ones are:
‘Laa hawla wa laa kuwwata illaa billaahil ‘aliyyil ‘azim’
‘subhaanal laahi wa bihamdi hi subhaanal lahil ‘azim wa bihamdihi astaghfirullah’
or ... ‘laa ilaaha illa anta subhaanaka inni kuntu minaz zaalimin’
All the above are proven to have benefits from various ahadith. Recite any of the above dua's at times of need until the fear or anxiety has been erased:
Additionally in 'Hisn-e-hasin' the following duaa has been related when one is feeling stressful:
‘allahumma rahmataka arju falaa takilni ilaa nafsi tarfata ‘ayniw wa aslih li sha’ni kullahu laa ilaaha illaa anta’
When feared by enemies, then recite:
‘allaahumma innaa naj’aluka fi nuhurihim wa na’udhu bika min shururihim’
Mishqaat Sharif proves the excellence of this du’a:
‘Yaa hayyu yaa qayyumu bi rahmatika astaghith’

Does any one know about " Manzil " Book? Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu As far as I know the available "Manzil" book has been compilled by the Deobandi Scholar Maulana Zakariyya Kandhalvi. I personally don't advise anyone to read books written/compiled by deobandis because in their books they often praise the heretic ashraf ali thanvi and on top of all they add Rahmatullahi ta'ala alayh after his name and people who are not aware may take that heretic for a wali of Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala. Regarding the compiled aayat from the Qur'aan there's nothing wrong with them. You can have some more infos about the Manzil here: duasalawat.blogspot.com/2013/01/33-powerful-verses-ayatul-hirzmanzil.htmlYou can download it here as it seems safe: www.schoolquran.com/ISLAMIC-BOOKS/English/Manzil_Arabic_English_Version.pdf
