Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu I voted no as i think he will have to face Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) and Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala)will give him just deserved. I agree100% we can not be judge and jury. After all he might convert back to Islam if Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala)chooses to show him the light again. Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuI voted definitly No. His due will come from Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala).
