I love carrot cake, but have never attempted to bake one before, I'm useless in the kitchen my mum does all the cooking in our house, i work and then when i come home i have a beautiful ready made home cooked dinner ready and piping hot for me and my brother to eat. Then its mine and my brother's turn in the kitchen to do all the cleaning. Your recipie sounds simple and easy so i might try it out and surpride my mum on mother day. thanks sister.
