it is rightly said that the door of naboowat is closed and its true but not the door of wilayat.but if one person with spiritual struggle and strong conviction and devotion becomes a wali...cant he reach the status of ghawse azam Radi Allahu anhu if Allah loves him and showers His favour on him?

if it is ascribed to him abdul qadir jilani rahmatul alay only,how can we prove that with concrete facts and arguments?

Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi Radi Allahu anhu, Mujaddid Alf Saani or the `Reviver Of The Second Millennium'. [1564-1624] in his Maktubaat-e-Imam Rabbani writes that, ‘Allah has made Hazrath Ali alayhis 'salam the source of sainthood (mamba e wilayah) and the Spiritual Treasure House [it was shared by Hazrath Fatimah alayhis 'salam, Imam Hassan alayhis 'salam and Imam Husayn alayhis 'salam as its direct legatees.]

Thereafter it was filtered down to the Imams of Alhe Bayt Al Athar. He states there were eleven Imams before Hazrath Ghaus al-Azam Radi Allahu anhu. The Fountain of Sainthood when it passed to Hazrath Ghaus al-Azam Radi Allahu anhu it will remain with him till the advent of Imam Mahdi alayhis 'salam .

Sheikh Abdul Haq Dehalv Radi Allahu anhui in his book 'Akhbar-ul-Akhiar' has stated that the spiritual leadership of Hazrat, Ghousul Azam was proclaimed after he had accomplished his Studies and excelled himself in all branches of Islamic learning. His exalted spiritual rank was made Known to the people and reverence and love towards him established in their minds. He was conferred with the highest rank of "Qutbiete Kubra" and 'Willayat' Uzma.

‘illaya Ya Mubaarak’ ki sadaa aati thi bachpan meh,

Ye darbaare illahi meh heh rutba Ghawse Azam ka

Farishte madrasah tak saath ponchaane koh jaate teh

Yahi seh jaan le munkir tu rutba Ghawse Azam ka

‘O Blessed One! Come towards Me’ the Divine call summoned from the unseen in his childhood. This is the status of Ghaws al-Azam in the Court of Allah Y

The Angels escorted him to Madrasah. Understand his status from this, O Rejecter!

Hazrat Sheikh Ahmed Shahindi Mujadid Alif Sani Naqshabandy Radi Allahu anhu in his letter No. 123 written to Noor Mohammed Tehari has said that after Hazrat Ali alayhis 'salam, Hazrat Imam Hassan alayhis 'salam, and Hazrat Imam Hussain alayhis 'salam, the spiritual leadership remained in the dynasty of Hazrat Ali alayhis 'salam and all the Imams of Ahle Bayt Al Athar were virtually the Ghouse of their time. This exalted spiritual position after these bless Imams devolved, by means to Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani Radi Allahu anhu only and none else has been bestowed this high honour. All the Sheikhs and Walis seek spiritual guidance and derive light from him, that is why Hazrat Gaus Paak Radi Allahu anhu has said "My Sun has come to stay and will shine for ever"

Mujaddid-e-Alf Sani Radi Allahu anhu further in his maktubat write the wilayat is of two type Wilayat-e-Kubra and Wilayat-e-Sughra.

Wilayat-e-Kubra is only for Gaus-Paak Radi Allahu anhu

And all the Wali comes in Wilayat-e-Sughra.

It has been said by Abu Bakar Haware-Al-Lib Tahee in page 114 of Tabbqat-ul-Kubra written by Abdul Wahab Sharrani that before the Hazrat Gaus Paak Radi Allahu anhu birth, there would be seven Awtads in the world and the eighth will be Abdul Qadir al-Jilani Radi Allahu anhu. He replied that he would be one from Ahle Baith direct descendant of the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam and appear In Baghdad in the fifth century. He further stated that he would not only be the Qutub-ul-Aqtab of the world but also the Qutub of all time. The Walis of the world will be guided to their goal through his indispensable help and care.

Sheikh Suleman Ahmed Almaghrabi Al Shazli in his book named "Uzama-El-Awlia" has stated that after the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, his Ashabs and Ahlebaith, the highest rank among walis, is held by Hazrat Ghousul Azam Abdul Qadir Jilani Radi Allahu anhu, followed by:-
(1) Marouf-Al-Karkhi
(2) Junaid-Al-Baghdadi.
(3) Ahmed Bin Humbal.
(4) Suleman Al Ghazali.
(5) Syed Ahmed Rifa-ee
(6) Zinoon'Al-Misri.
(7) Rabiathul Adavriya.
(8) Bayazid-al-Bustami Radi Allahu anhuma.

Once Al Sheikh Abu-us-Salam-bin. Mushaikh was asked about the spiritual status of the world. He said that the highest in rank and dignity was Hazrat Ghousul Azam Abdul Qadir Jilani. He was the Qutub-uz-Zaman, Imamul-Makan and Baz-Al-Ashab. His status amongst the Walis of the Ummatee Muhammadi was like that of Hazrat Khizar in the Ummatee Israil. As such, Hazrat is also known as Khizar" Muhammadi.

Note, that the Miraaj of Ghous Paak Radi Allahu anhu was not to see Allah Taalah but to meet the Beloved Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam . The incident has been narrated in many books and not by ordinary people but by Auliya Allah including Hazrat Sultan Bahu Radi Allahu anhu.

It is narrated in Tafreeh ul Khatir Fi Manaqib Shaykh Abdul Qadir Radi Allahu anhu that on the Night of Miraaj of the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam , Syedna Ghous ul Azam Radi Allahu anhu spirit was deep engrosed in meeting Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam and thus travelled beyond the last point that is reserved for Auliya and achieved bodily form and met Rasool Allah and requested for their foot to be placed upon their neck.

Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam placed his foot upon his neck and Allah Taalah said to Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam , "do you know who he is?"

Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam replied, "I find him lost in my love and devotion".

Allah Taalah said, "He is from the descendants of Hassan Bin Ali Radi Allahu anhu. He is your son. I have named him Abdul Qadir and there is none who is equal to his Maqaam-e-Wilayat and Level of Ishq. He is your son and My beloved."

Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam thanked Allah Taalah for this blessing and granted exclusive faiz tu Ghous Paak Radi Allahu anhu and said, "I am delighted to see you and you are Beloved of Allah Taalah and mine and my mureed and khalifa and my foot is on your neck and your foot is on the neck of all saints."

The verse in the excellence of Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam come to mind.

I am sure everyone here are aware of the incidence when Sayyedina Umar Farooq Radi Allahu anhu and Maula Ali alayhis 'salam went to meet and give khirqa to Khwaja Owais Qarni Radi Allahu anhu.

When they ask Khwaja Owais Qarni Radi Allahu anhu tat beloved prophet Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam has ask him to pray for the Umma'h. Khwaja Owais Qarni bowed down in sajda and start making dua for the Ummah , There comes a voice from the Gaib(Nida) , Owais lift your head with your supplications i have forgiven half Umma'h and i will forgive half Ummah with the dua of my beloved Prophet's Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam Naib & beloved Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani Radi Allahu anhu and Abdul Qadir Radi Allahu anhu is also my Beloved.

When Khwaja Owais inquired about Gaus-Paak Radi Allahu anhu, he heard another voice from the Ghaib : Abdul Qadir Radi Allahu anhu is my belovedand e is also beloved of my Habeeb Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam. Till the day of Qiyamat Abdul Qadir will be my Hujjat for the people on this earth. Except Sahaba-Ikraam & Aiyamma Izam his foot will be on the neck of all the Wali-Allah that has come before or after him. Those who accept Abdul Qadir i will accept him and keep him as my friend.

After hearing this Khwaja Owais Radi Allahu anhu bowed down his neck and he said O Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala i am also accepting Abdul Qadir Radi Allahu anhu.

the statement of abdul qadir jilaniRadi Allahu anhu 'my foot is on the neck of all the shuyukh and aulia' is narrated with lots of details in qalaid al jawahir and also in qasseeda al khamriyya or qasseeda al ghawsia as it is called by many:

maqamu kumu-l ula jam'an wa lakin
(high is your station,each and all'and yet)
maqawmi fawqa-kum ma zala 'ali
(my station is above you,still higher).......*he was adressing to the cardinal poles*

Among the shaykhs present during the session where abdul qadir jilaniRadi Allahu anhu said; qadami hadhihi ala raqabati kulli walliyyin lillah was al hafiz abul izz abd al mughith ibn harb al bugdadiRadi Allahu anhu and he gave a good explanation on this particular event....(necklaces of gems pg 93)

The event of the Night of Miraaj thus confirms that the blessed neck of Syedna Ghous ul Azam Radi Allahi anhu upon which Rasool Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam place his blessed foot, is also impregnated with abe hayat.

Shainillah Radi Allahu anhu position is Vali of valis.

Prophet salalah hualiwa sallam was the Nabi of Nabis, the last messenger by Allah Subhanavatala

after Prophet salalah hualiwa sallam, there came Caliphets, Peers, Imams, Tabain, tabbe tabain, one disignation is preserved till Qayamath, which is Valiyath.

If Allah subhanavatala wishes one can be a Vali not vali of valis...as the designations are uniques only eligible people are blessed like Prophet salalah hualiwa sallam.

To become a vali you have to follow the chain i.e. from Prophet salalah hualiwa sallam -> Hazrath Ali Radi Allahu anhu -> Hazrath Hassan Radi Allahu anhu or Hazrath Hussain Radi Allahu anhu or Hazrath Kamal bin Zyib or Hazrath Hassan Basri -> .....continued till Shainillah Radi Allahu anhu .......continued till your murshad.

Can we know exactly which particular part of your reply you are considering as the answer to the question and whose further assistance is expected?

This has really got me puzzled....

I know that normal people can become walis if god wills.

To reach the status of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani that's impossible.
I.e. Think it like a seat and this seat has been taken, but only one seat was made and it was for him only. So its impossible to reach his status or his position.

But it changes it when you say becoming a Sultan-ul-Awliya in this time or era?

I don't know if you can but it leaves me 50% could some on clear this point please.

Don't be angry because it decided by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. You should be VICTORY to be pious, it hard to get that status nowadays.

I hope everyone is doing well.

I personally don't think that when Abdul Qadir Jilani (Rahmathullah Alay) said his neck is on all the wali's necks meant he would be the Qutb Azam for the rest of the time till qiyamat. I believe that he achieved the rank and during his time all the wali's accepted his position. Now when he passed away there would be another one to hold that position.

I know that what is told about Ahmad Tijani that he was the seal of sainthood and his stamp overstamps all other stamps.


But only Allah (SWT) knows who on yawm al qiyamah will have the highest station after the Prophet's (Alayhi Mus Salathu Wa Salam).
