´Danish chicken 'halal slaughter' is not halal slaughter
According Danishmeat.dk, nearly all chickens in Denmark Halal slaughtered, and it is also very clear with the Halal stamp (from the Islamic Cultural Center) at, among other things Danpos chickens. But these chickens is halal? The answer Quite simply: no. Let us including looking at what this conclusion is based.
The conditions for a valid slaughter:
A verse in the Quran in this context is the third verse of Surat al-Mâ'ida, where Allâh The exalted said (in translation): ” Forbidden blood, pork and wheremore than someone else's name than Allah has been attracted, it is death by suffocation, stroke or crash, or who have been rod or eaten by animals, unless I butcher it [before its death] ... (al-Mâ'ida, 5:3).” From this verse and others, and from reports from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be with him), they have learned derived some principles and conditions which are necessary for a slaughter can be halal. Mufti Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari summarizes (in an article on SunniPath) said conditions in three points with regard to 'Allâma Ibn' Abidin Radd al-Muhtar:
1. Most of the four veins to be cut with a sharp tool
2. Allah's name should be said at the time of slaughter
3. Butcher must be either a Muslim or a jew or Christian (ahl al-Kitab)
It should be noted that each of these points of detail can be explained and there are conditions related to each of them, but only a simple glance is enough for our purposes. Furthermore, these largely according to all the four Sunni, with a few details to the difference..
Danish chicken 'halal slaughter'
Danishmeat.dk indicates the slaughter method which most Danish slaughterhouses make use of (listed here in points for the sake of clarity):
1. 1st The chicken anesthetics to the unconscious mode, passed through an electrified water bath. Current strength may not be sufficient to ensure that the animal is killed.
2. 2 Both the neck arteries of the chicken will be cut under full anesthesia to ensure a quick killing and bleeding. The slaughter carried out manually or with a rotating blade.
3. The slaughter required by law to the presence of a slaughterhouse employee to ensure that animals are not compromised. On the Danish poultry slaughterhouses are muslime people.
4. When you begin to slaughter and each time there has been a pause in the slaughter, until the Muslim officer said a prayer for himself, which in translation reads:. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Allah is the greatest '.
Danpos website indicates the slaughter method which most Danish slaughterhouses make use of (listed here in points for the sake of clarity):
1 the chricken Birds are stunning and throat pulse arteries cut then, so the blood quickly running from the chicken.
2 The slaughter process is monitored by a slaughterhouse worker. Slaughterhouse employee who monitors the slaughtering process, is Muslim. The Muslim slaughterhouse employee is approved by the Islamic Cultural Center in Copenhagen
3. The Muslim slaughterhouse employee to say a prayer for himself by slaughtering the beginning and each time there has been a pause in the slaughter process. Prayer reads in translation: ' Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Allah is the greatest'.
Conflicts between the Islamic conditions and the Danish halal slaughter
From what is at Danishmeat.dk and Danpo.dk can we understand that in any case is at least a few problems
1 According to Islamic conditions must be Allah's name invoked by every Monday butcher animals. In the Danish slaughterhouses slaughtered animals successively - quickly - but only by the first (or a few) will be Allah's name attracted. According Danishmeat.dk comprises a team of chickens for slaughter as a rule of 30-40.000 animals. This means that only the few animal, the animal which Allah's name will be attracted, will be halal, while all others will be prohibited (Haram) because Allah's name has not been attracted to them. For all these animals must be halal, it is a condition that Allah's name will be attracted to each and every one of them, because their veins are cut. This is based on Quran verses which Allâh said, ”And do not eat of it over which Allah's name was not mentioned, this is indeed repugnant ...(al-An'âm, 6:121).”
2 The Islamic rules of halal slaughter have nothing against the animal will be sedated before being slaughtered, but whose stunning place by electric shock, which is strong enough to be there (as in countries such as England) is a real risk that the animal dies of it, this is also a problem because a dead animal can not be halal slaughter. If out of 40,000 animals are just a few who were already dead when they reached the knife, then chickens from this' team ' not be permissible for Muslims to take up, because there is a possibility that just the chicken you eat was one of them was already dead when they reached the knife and thus was not halal slaughter.
3. There have been rumors that some animals can wriggle and thus avoid being completely stunned. This would also mean that they wring themselves when they go under the knife and thus there is a risk that they will not be slaughtered properly (blood vessels are not completely over diced). If this is true then this would also be problematic, and these chickens will not be halal slaughter.
Denmark exporting chickens to several Muslim countries. The responsibility, sin and error in this lies with Islamic Cultural Center, who with their invalid stamp cheat the world's Muslims to trust them.
Allâh guide us to obtain nutrition from it just as he has allowed, and give us strength to deter us from that which He has forbidden.
