Brother Saalik, Jazak Allah Khair for sharing. But your not off that lightly I still want your own words of love, in your own time, when you brain is in first gear! ;D This thread isnt going anywhere! Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu But , Sister it's my own words which means that after I got inspired by Imaam Malik Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu, when I recite Darood Shareef while comtemplating Madinah Shareef I visualize myself sitting afar (see picture below) with the hope that one day My Beloved Master Sayyidinah Rasoolullah Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa Sallam will say: "Why are you so far from Me, come Closer to Me"In my Tasawwur e Madinah, I consider myself unworthy to go nearer but if I am blessed to go there in reality then though unworthy I'll break my own rules. It's obvious and legitimate after after all Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam Subhan Allah, Al-Humdolillah! , Relax, respectd brother I was joking a beautiful peaceful picture of Masjid e Nabwi Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, shared brother Saalik, you have transported me there already. Jazak Allah Khair for sharing. ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam

Assalam u Alaikum MashaAllah - Beautiful thread, excellent thoughts and poetry shared. Qadi Iyad (Radhi Allahu anhu) in his Ash-Shifa' Sharif (a must for every Muslim household) states: ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/aBewley/shifa2.htmlthis article is a must read for all Muslims in the West ‘I then took the opportunity to ask what exactly we can read in the English language to increase our love and knowledge of the Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and he recommended two important works: “Al-Shama’il” of al-Tirmidhi, and “Al-Shifa” of al-Qadi ‘Iyadd. “Historically, there were permanent chairs devoted to teaching these two works in most central mosques in the big Muslims cities around the world” he pointed out. Optimistically, he looks to a time when this will be the case here in the West. “Let us revive this tradition today and make special endowments to the teaching of these great works in central mosques here in the West in order to breathe the love for the Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam into the hearts of people so that they may be granted his company in Paradise” he prayed.’ www.themodernreligion.com/profile/sh-yacoubi.htmlSubhanAllah the words of the Noble Sayyid, the revival has started on these shores these great works were taught by them in 2007, 2008 at the Ghamkol Sharif Masjid in Birmingham, Huzur Muhaddith Al Kabeer; Allama Zia al Mustafa taught the Shama’il Sharif in Bolton a few years ago. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
A small word with unlimited power “Love”...
As life has taught me is that Love is a way to express or showing a strong afflicted emotion with high amount of devotion. Within love their many stages and countless sub divisions.
Thiers two types of love at first:
1) Physical- When we talk about life and people this is physical connection of Love, this way we are able to express love to each other by using several methods i.e. giving gifts, making people laugh, etc.
2) Spiritual- When we talk about the spiritual form of love, we talking of love with great levels. I learnt in life you don’t choose to have love, but love chooses you. I feel when someone achieve the seed (metaphorically) of love this is the beginning; this grows within you (heart) and becomes a plant and this plant given the right ingredients the plant becomes a tree, the real fruits only come when you reach an ecstasy level of love. This is when one person’s imam is one step closer to the goal. We have learnt to express love many ways like poetry and Naats or himd. This when we like a small Adrenaline rush and makes us feel happy.
I don’t believe that love would have existed if it wasn’t for my beloved Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, Love was more effectively was used in the time of the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) but to small degree of love was used before the prophet if I am right, but when the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) came this energy came into practices and was used more commonly and widely. I am basing this hypothesis onto that prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam existed. It’s due to Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam; what we are now today. On this basis it completely rules out: that love wouldn’t have existed if it wasn’t for my Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.
There are numerous ways of showing love, reading Darood Sharif and completing the 5 pillars in Islam, reciting naats or himds etc, There are also ways internally such as crying, happiness and joyful, this when we hear the name of Allah or the prophet we start to cry, this is very low stage of love but neither-less very important. There are also ways in explaining to people to make people understand, helping people when their in trouble etc. So their many ways but all ways lead to one way.
They are way of increasing Love at dramatically that I feel the greatest lovers are deep thinkers and they can real get on top of it. I.e. using sensitive words and putting them in time of the prophet and expressing them. You can go a lot deeper and real lose yourself in love which I found it completely changes you as person and personality.
I will try to remember all the Muslim people make dua for all of you to increase your love for Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu Milya Ae Bua Asan - Sajid QadriHow many stages are there..?? Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu There are many stages of love, look into Mawlānā Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Balkhī (my inspiration I believe one of the greatest lover to be known). If I was to explain about stages of love it would take me very long time to explain and maybe I'm not the best to explain, as my English is very weak. But I have read this article (http://yaallahoo.wordpress.com/2007/11/01/sufi-essencechishti-stages-of-love/ or www.chishti.ru/stages_of_love.htm) and I feel very strong a more clear for us to understand, I also feel this touching the topics but what I uncover is that within these phases their more sub phrases and you have requirements to complete these sub phrases to then accomplish that main phase. Like my friend says “ There’s more to it that meets the eyes”.

As-salaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu As-salaatu wasalaamu alaika Yaa Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam
"You are that sun of truth before whom the whole world is nothing but a speck of dust, Your existence is the motive for time and space, O messenger of God! (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Those who drink the goblet of your love, don't care for Khidr's water of life - For your love is eternal life, O messenger of God!" (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) [Sazayi from Turkey]
"All passionate love is prohibited, But for the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) it is permitted, And the drinking of wine is prohibited, But permitted is [drinking from] the Prophet's (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) saliva." [Egyptian Folksingers]
"(Hazrat) Muhammad Mustafa (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is the colour of the rose of Love, And his curls are the spring of the hyacinths of Love, Certainly, he, he alone is the most radiant sun of Love, And through him are illuminated the luminous stars of Love." [Mahabbat Khan]

Assalam u Alaikum www.sunnah.org/history/Scholars/al-nabhani.htmFrom the biography of Imâm al-Qâd.î Yûsuf al-Nabhânî (rahmatullah alayh) The Righteous Life and Blessed Works of the Poet of the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) صلي الله عليه و سلم the Pious Erudite Imâm al-Qâd.î Yûsuf al-Nabhânî (1265/1849-1350/1932) translated by Shaykh GF Haddad from Sa`âdatu al-Dârayni fîl-S.alâti `alâ Sayyidi al-Kawnayn (”The Bliss of the Two Abodes in the Invocation of Blessings on the Master of the Two Universes”) 1. Anâ `abdun li-sayyidi al-anbiyâ’i wa walâ’î lahu al-qadîmu walâ’î I am the slave of the Master of Prophets And my fealty to him has no beginning. 2. Anâ `abdun li-`abdihi wali-`abdi al-`abdi `abdun kadhâ bi-ghayri intihâ’i I am slave to his slave, and to his slave’s slave, And so forth endlessly! 3. Anâ lâ antahî `anil-qurbi min bâbi rid.âhu fî jumlati al-dukhalâ’i I do not cease to approach the door Of his good pleasure among the novices. 4. Anshuru al-`ilma fî ma`âlîhi lil-nâsi wa-ashdû bihi ma`al-shu`arâ’i I proclaim to all the science of his high attributes, And sing this science among the poets. 5. Fa `asâhu yaqûlu lî anta Salmânu walâ’î H.assânu h.usni thanâ’î Perhaps he will tell me: “You are the Salmân Of my allegiance, the H.assân of my excellent homage!” 6. Wa-birûh.î afdî turâba h.imâhu wa-lahul-fad.lu fî qabûli fidâ’î Yes, I would sacrifice my soul for the dust of his sanctuary! His favor should be that he accept my sacrifice. 7. Fâza man yantamî ilayhi wa-lâ h.âjata fîhi bi-dhâlika al-intimâ’i He has triumphed who ascribes himself to him - Not that he needs such following, 8. Huwa fî ghunyatin `ani al-khalqi t.urran wa humu al-kullu `anhu dûna ghinâ’i For he is not in need of creation at all, While they all need him without exception. 9. Wa-huwa lil-Lâhi wah.dihi `abduhu al-khâlis.u mujallâ al-s.ifâti wal-asmâ’i He belongs to Allâh alone, Whose pure servant he is, As his attributes and names have made manifest; 10. Kullu fad.lin fil-khalqi fa-huwa min Allâhi ilayhi wa-minhu lil-ashyâ’i And every single favor in creation comes from Allâh To him, and from him to everything else. SubhanAllah! Wassalam

(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) [Sazayi from Turkey] "All passionate love is prohibited, But for the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) it is permitted, And the drinking of wine is prohibited, But permitted is [drinking from] the Prophet's (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) saliva." [Egyptian Folksingers] "(Hazrat) Muhammad Mustafa (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is the colour of the rose of Love, And his curls are the spring of the hyacinths of Love, Certainly, he, he alone is the most radiant sun of Love, And through him are illuminated the luminous stars of Love."[Mahabbat Khan] Taken from the book "And Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is His Messenger" - Annemarie Schimmel. The earth and the age are made for thy sake; the dwellers and their abodes are made for thee // the 'why' and 'how' (knowledge) is there for thee; this world and the next are also for thee! 2. The tongue in our mouth is made for thee; this soul in our bodies is made for thee // we came here, were born for thy sake; we rise on that day [hereafter] for thy sake. 3. Mūsā, Nūĥ, Ýīsā, Ādam, Ibrāhim, Ismāýīl; all the Messengers and all the Prophets (álayhimu’ş şalawāt wa’t taslīm) // Abu Bakr and Úmar; Úthmān and Áli (rađiyAllāhu ánhum) praise thee! 4. It is your light; and your radiance; it is thy sparkle and thy perfume // in the earth and in the heavens; in the stars and the skies [simāk is constellation; samak is the roof or the sky] 5. For thee is this sun; and thine is the moon; this night and the day; the plants and the trees; the gardens and fruits // For you is the sword, for you the soldier; the crown and the power are all for thee. 6. These blessings and grants; your favors abound; the world lives on by uttering your name // The world takes thy charity; and all these honors are granted for thy sake! 7. You sent the clouds of mercy for the world to drink in the water of blessings // You mended the tears in our clothes, and covered our shame, our sins for us. 8. Billions of bounties; banishing our agony; and wondrous blessings without even asking // All this mercy of the Lord is for whose sake? For thee my master, by the Lord of the Worlds! 9. Not just men and jinn; but angels too throughout the day [and night] stand in your service // It is not foreheads and heads that prostrate; but our hearts that fall down in reverence for thee! 10. Gardens in paradise; and in those gardens are groves; and the groves are adorned and in those adornments are beautiful brides! // The fruit of labor is thus rewarded! tranquillity and peace is thus granted for thy sake! 11. Ibrāhīm, Nūĥ; Ýīsā and Ādam; we went to all of them to help us but they couldn’t // And the entire creation is made to turn towards thee, and this glory is only for thee! 12. You split the moon with a gesture; you brought back the sun // You restored the day back to evening after it had set; these lights and illumination are all for thee! 13. The swift breeze blows for the gardens to blossom; the flowers bloom for our days to be pleasing // and under the Standard, may Raza's mouth open only to praise thee, my master!
