Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuWont ansawer the question itself, but was hazrat Luqman even a prophet? I have not read of him being refferred to as a Prophet but rather a wise one and hakim. Even I donno brother Musafir The material was from google search. On some websites its written he is a prophet on some he was not. Anyways Inshallah I will try to find the authentic information of Hazrat Luqman from an authentic Personality rather than searching on Islamic websites. Inshallah

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuThats the first I have heard of this and it does sound very offensive, as there is a whole Surat on them alayhis 'salam in the Quraan Shareef! As Muslims it is our duites to beleive in all Prophets of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala! Fi Aminillah Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Fi Aminillah Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuI had posted a link..where in a mufti is saying that majority of ulema dont consider them as Prophet.. I think we cant know better then ulemas..can we..?? only because they are in Quran doesnt mean that they are prophet.. I think we should follow our ulemas on this..because we dont have enough knowledge to say if they are prophet or not.. Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuI was hoping you'd forget to ask the 2nd part and just let me have it ;D ok you can have it.. hmm .. 2nd answer was crow.. ;D after the flood Hazrat Noah alayhis 'salam had send the crow to see if earth was clear from the water.. but on the way he saw something dead and went on it(to eat it).. and didnt came back.. so Hazrat Noah alayhis 'salam gave him baddua that he will stay in fear forever and wouldn't find safety(panaa) anywhere not even in haram shareef..(not the exact words..it was something like that.. ) Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
