No New Posts Incomplete User/Forum Profiles & Inactive Users

Refused Questions Criteria: The following types of Questions to the Imam will be moved here;

1) Questions with inappropiate information in the topic title,
2) The Question is not English,
3) The User is inactive in other areas of the Forum,
4) The User has an incomplete Profile,
5) The User has asked more than one Question in his post.
