Dear Sir,
ASLK
My Name is Ajaz Ahmad and I am 40 years old .Presently I am working as a Dy.Manager (HR)in some private company. Despite my best efforts,I am unable to get the desired result in my present assignment. I am interested in making changes but even after clearing all round of interview with the Company like Honda and other multinational Companies, some thing went awry and the results are pending.
Now I have got a good job offer with a good salary + good work areas + good authority albeit in a small company.
My question is that as to whether I should join this Company or stick to the present one. Although I am not getting better avenues in my present assignments but I have got the stability. Whether I should take a risk in changing my job or not. Why clearing all round of interview I am unable to get the job in the Multinational Company. Is there any black magic applied on me or some other reason is there
I am very disturbed .Pl. reply me soon.
Kind Regards,
Ajaz Ahmad

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam Masha'Allah. I am glad to hear that you are looking for progress in gaining your sustenance from Allah the Almighty. May Allah the Almighty open the door for you which is proven the best. I think that you should prosper and go for what is best for you. If the opportunity lies for you to take that job, and there are no competitors, then Insha-Allah, that position should be taken up by you. I do not see why such a great job should prevent you in any way in taking it up. As far as the 'black magic' is concerned, then this maybe your own thought, or the thought of someone else, basically a blame to put somewhere, just in case you are not successful. Brother, such thoughts tend to get in the way of success, and to prevent this from happening you must remain strong, and not let such thoughts get in the way of yourself becoming successful. One of the best ways to fight this off is by not thinking about it at all. If however it is proven that you have had some form of 'black magic' done on you, then to give up would be the worst thing that you could do. Instead, take some time out to see a shaykh, who will tell you for definite what it is, that is obstacled in your way. But personally, I think there is no 'black magic', and that if you overcome the thought of this 'black magic', Insha'Allah you will be successful in your achievement. May Allah the Almighty give us all the tawfiq to prosper in this life, and the next. (Amin).Jazak'allah for your question. Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
