Istekhara dream - changing job field to software

AS SALAMU ALIKUM WA REHMATAHU WA BARKATAHU,

i have just joined this group and iam much interested after seeing the different subjects available in this site.MASALLAH.

my field is civil engineering and i prayed to ALLAH (SWT) did ISTEKHARA about this going to software field to get betterment in all means. this prayer actually i started from MADINAH SHARIEF THEN MAKKAH SHARIEF and also performed UMRAH. during this trip i have little time to sleep and i didn't get any dream. as my friend detailed to do ISTEKHARA for seven nights i did the same but the very third day i got the dream.and my dream goes very clear saying that i have to start which i have left 4 years ago( i was doing some course at that time) and i already in that area where i use to live with my laguage.then in dream i thaught to take rickshaw to go to institute but no clear destination.then i was telling the risckshaw man as usual why he is asking that much while walking and looking around. then suddenly my eye sight has fallen on a flag same like the chistiya colour (amama colour), on top of some arch etc.,then i told that guy thats its very near by and left in such away that my next step i entered into the gate where both sides walkway people are sitting like giving exam with big table etc., and i was running thru the walkway. in hte mid way i saw my sister standing with someone discussing and watching me.i was just running even i saw my sister and reached the other gate where my dream ended.

After this the tensionwhich was about to make me mad, was gone like anything and became fresh by GRACE OF ALLAH(SWT) AND BY THE BLESSINGS OF NOOR E MOHAMMD (SAW). from that day up to now iam free from job tension. its almost a month from the day i dreamt but iam still in KSA and don't know i have to wait or hurry up to go to INDIA to do what i have left back four years ago.by the way my vaccation official supposed to be on 7th of April. but my manager (who helped me by forcing and teasing to pray with firm intesion) said he will grant me to go on by early JUNE or may be after year, finishing the project. presently i have( i lend some money to my friends supposed to be for this occasion but their present status is not much good. so i may not ask them topay back at this period) almost no savings. if i extend upto june it wil help me to have some INSHAALLAH and hopes it will fullfill my requirements for further journey.

Jazak'allah for your question. Alhamdulilah brother Abrar, to make an Istikhara is to seek advice from Allah the Almighty, and once you do this, whatever it is that you see in your dream is for the betterment of you.


Your dream suggest that you should go back to the institution where you used to study, and to sit the exams that you could not sit before ... and to run through the exam room through all the candidates; definetly denotes that you will pass and achieve what it is, that you are wanting to achieve. This will lead to you not only being qualified in the field of software, but also accepting the advice of the unseen, having better prospects for your life, and your family being pleased with you also. What is more better than seeing a dream to a question which you had asked for, in the Ennobled places such as Makkah tul Mukarramah and Madina tul Munawwarah.


May Allah the Almighty grant us all, what is beneficial to us, and may he prevent us from all things that are harmful, Amin.
