Asalam walaikum ,my name is kadar basha and my mothers name is khatoon bibi.iam suffering from cervical disc prolapce ( pain in neck, left hand , shoulder and chest).I have headace , giddiness, pain in the stomach and uneasy feeling. my BP also fluctuates and i do not get proper sleep for which Iam taking alpozoram tablet . pl let me know what is my actual problem and advice the solution to clear this problem by the grace of allah and Rasoolallah and also Awliya allah. pl give me wazifa

If you are looking for a ta'wiz, then what I suggest is that you contact a shaykh or a scholar who specialises in tibb/ta'wiz. Since this is out my bounds, and am only a research scholar, it would be wise to advise you that you contact whomever it is that you have performed bay'ah with, and that you perform every thing he asked you to, at the time of bay'ah, i.e. salah, etc.

Insha'Allah Allah the Almighty will guide you in the best possible way.
