Assalamu alaykum,
In the workplace if somebody is not doing their job properly i.e they are doing less than 1/2 of what they claim and are making their stats up to proove that they did double of what they actually did, Is it allowed to report this to the manager?
Islamically we are not meant to name and shame people but if we do it with the intention of making sure the work is done properly and the company are not wasting money on employing somebody who is doing fraud can we report it?
Please comment and give your advice/experiences of this?
