What is the quickest and easy way to transfer music (naat/qawwali) from audio cassete to cd ?

There are many ways fo doing it, some involve buying cassete decks that connect to your PC's others including using microphones and audio editing software to improve the quality of the sound lost during transfer. Transfering from magnetic cassettes to CD's is very long winded and can cause frustration!
