Yea, My Dad has a Dell PC. They are pretty good and I dont think you'll need aftersales service because they're PC's are excellently built.
Plus they hardly make any noise, my Dad leaves it on all night because he can't tell if its on or not!

Dell arnt exactly reputable (from a technician's point of view). They are for mainstream users unlike their more 'hardcore modder' counterparts.
I for one wouldnt buy one cos their build quality is not up to standard, in my book anyways.
Besides I built my own and even after 4 years nearly its running just like it were brand new.

Dell is good for the laymen on the streets and I don't think their build quality is that bad!! Btw I'm currently building my new PC, just got my new computer case, and i ordered neon lights with it. Dont ask why

IVe got neon lights on the front of the case that shine on both sides (light blue with bubbly water effect)
Apart from taking unecessary power from my psu they have no computing advantage.
they came with the case already on. Ive 2 80mm fans at the back of the case with matching colour neons too plus a perspex side case to see the inside of the chassis.

Got the case for £40
My advice is to get a chassis that allows for hdd to be fitted with cooling fans under the hdd, then you slide them into the bay. Any case not allowing that is not worth it.
You can put a fan on the front of the case behind the plastic front for the fans but the cooling would not be effective as an add on hdd cooling plate with fan.
Anything else is pretty much standard.

Depends on the psu and how much power it draws from the electric supply to provide the wattage for your pc.
An efficiency rating of 80% and above amounts for a cheaper electric bill.
Besides, large scales manufacturers use generic psu's which are generally awful.
