How long should you replace the fan inside your pc ? It has started to get noisier since it was last replaced over 14 months ago ?

If its getting noiser then hoover the dust out of the fins. This will get it to silent again. Unscrew the fan from the case and give it a good cleaning out then re insert again and test for noise. It should be silent again. Failing that then replace with a new fan.
Also on the topic of dust particles, they do carry static electric with them so its in your interest to regularly clean out the chassis every month or so because the static within the dust particles can actually damage your system. Its like getting zapped regularly
