1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer. 2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options. 3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies then click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files. 4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box , and then click OK. 5. Click OK.

right bro, so cookies, temp int files and cachs are all da same thing? i'm assuming that Br. Zuhair is referring to a browser cache. a cache is a folder which holds information of the websites that you've vsited. this helps to load up the previously visited websites quicker improving access time.

Brother Mahmood I Follow The above instructions But Still There is a problem of CACHE I THINK Its From Internet Provider or Windows has Benn Corrupted.

If you have Windows XP, try the System Restore function.
Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore.
Restore your PC to a date when you didn't have your PC problems.
Hope this helps.
p.s don't forget to back up anything you need, since the date that you choose to restore to.
