"O you who believe, fear Allah and sit in the company of the pious." (Surah At-Taubah: 119)
A moment in the company of the Awliya is better than a 100 years of sincere worship. (Mawlana Jalauddin Rumi).

Sorry to say i felt offended by this picure. Clearly it is hand drawn and certainly not a real image or likeness of any of the Great Awliya Allah mentioned. Though Hadrat Sayyidina Gareeb Nawaz Rad, where alive at the time of Hadrat Gawth al Azam Rad., i am pretty certain they had not physically met as depicted on the picture. Which proves the painter has used his or her imagination. There is strong evidence that those who make drawings or images of Allahs creations by hand will be asked on the day of judgement to put life into them but they wont be able to, as Allah is The Creator and Sustainer of life.
A picture of a true image or reflection of an image gives a real and actual potrayal as we can see in the Gallery section of this website. Imagine the uproar and incense if some madman made an image of Our Blessed Prophet or any of His Noble companions....... Well these are our Most Revered and Greatest of the Awliya 'Friends' of Allah and i for one dont want to picture them as potrayed through some third parties imagination as it can never do them justice. I see the most amazing photo of Ala Hadrat Ashrafi Miya in their splendour. The noor and spirit on them and around them is beyond words can describe. I get the feeling that they are watching me. I darent look at them without the state of ablution. Why?? Because that is exactly how they looked and the picture was taken in their lifetime. They are the Great grand son and a reflection of Hadrat Gawth Al Azam rad., so imagine the Radiance, Noor and Beauty of the King of All Saints yes Imagine but dont draw or paint.
The Blessed Companions used to note and write every imaginable action, word and movement of our Beloved Prophet pbuh., they have described the beautiful features of our Noble Nabi A.S., But is there any evidence of any paintings or drawings......
Having said all that i admire all the members love and desire for His Friends,
May He guide us on the path of those whom He has favoured.
This is the message in the Quran through His Beloved He sends.

Well said brother i agree with most of what you have said. But one can draw great spiritual feeling from this drawing at the same time, so i am not completely ahainst it. The fact that it is done and on display we cannot ignore.
