Etiquettes of doing Bayah.

I was wondering is there a book that i could purchase that could teach me the etiquettes of doing bayah. Like what to prepare for before hand, doing the bayah it self, and what happens afterwards. How to respect the Shaykh. The relationship that should be kept with the Shaykh. I am looking for a book in English.

There are plenty of books out there, and also plenty of articles online in english by Ghaus-e-Azam Radi Allahu anhu etc.

I would also recommend getting the recently published Hajj with my Shaykh, which is all about pir/murshid relationship. I am half way through it and its worth every penny.
