Assalaatu Wassalaamu Alayka Yaa Sayyadi Yaa Rasulallah
Sallal Laahu Ta'alaa Alaihe Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam It is recorded that while Hazrat Sayyidi Madeen Ahmed Ashmooni Radi Allahu Anhu was performing the Wudhu, he suddenly threw his sandal towards the eastern side of the city. A year later a man arrived and described a strange incident. He said: "My daughter was once walking in the jungle, when an evil man tried to entrap her. She did not at the time remember the name of her father's Murshid, yet in panic, she screamed, 'O Murshid of my father, save me!' Suddenly, a sandal appeared from thin air and rendered the evil man unconscious." It is stated that the sandal is still in the possession of the mentioned family. Sallalaahu Alan Nabiyyil Ummiyi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallama Salaatanw Wa Salaaman Alaika Yaa Rasulallah. |

brother saalik have you ever heard that ashraf ali thanvi cried when he heard that Ala Hazrat Rahmatullahi 'alayh took veil. He said that I would have done the same thing if I was in his (Ala Hazrat's) position. He said Ala Hazrat Rahmatullahi 'alayh was drunk of the wine of love for Sayyedinah Rasoolullah Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa SallamHaafiz Saahib, here's an extract from what a leading deobandi Mawlana Kausar Niazi (ex-Member of the Senate of Pakistan, and former Federal Minister of the Government of Pakistan) wrote about our Mujaddid e Deen o Millat Imam e Ishq o Muhabbat Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Faazil e Bareilvy Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu: I (Mawlana Kausar Niazi) have heard another story on the same pattern from Mufti e A’zam Pakistan, Mawlana Mufti Muhammad Shafee Deobandee. He said: "When Hadrat Mawlana Ahmad Rida Khan, (Rahimahu Allah), passed away, somebody came to Mawlana Ashraf Ali Thanwee, and informed him. Involuntarily Mawlana Thanwee raised his hands in prayer. When the prayer was over, someone from the audience asked; "He (Imam Ahmad Ridaa, Alayhi al Rahmah) had been calling you a Kafir (Infidel) throughout his lifetime and you have prayed for his deliverance." He (Mawlana Thanwee) replied, (and this is the point which requires consideration):
"Mawlana Ahmad Rida Khan indicted the Fatawa’s of Kufr against me because he believed that I was guilty of contempt in the Honour of the Prophet, (Salla Allahu Alayhi wa Sallam). After having this belief and surety, if he had not passed any Fatwaa’ of Kufr, he would have himself become a Kafir."What people call the aggravation of Imam Ahmad Rida (Rahimahu Allah), is the result of his homage and vigilance in the court of Prophethood. When the poet composed the following couplet, he did not practice poetry, but has interpreted the Sharee’ah (Islamic Sacred Law); "The Station of reverence is a place under the sky which is more fragile than the Arsh,
This is the place when persons like Junayd and Bayazeed arrive lose their breath (in homage and Vigilance)." This mode of respect and vigilence is prevalent in each and every word of Imam Ahmad Rida's (Alayhi al Rahmah) writings and speeches. This is the hidden burning passion which is more dearer to him than his life. It is the insignia of his Iman (belief). It is the smoke of his sighs. It is the reward of the whole creation and universe. It is superior to "this" and "that". It is the peace of the lovers heart. It is the collyrium of the Saalik, (who follow the path of Spiritual Stations). It is the translation of the Noble Qur'an entitled Kanz - al Imaan, (Treasury of Faith). |

Maulana Kausar Niazi read a paper (dissertation) at the Imam Ahmed Raza Conference 1990’ held on September 14, 1990 at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Karachi, under the auspices of the Idara-i-Tahqeeqat-e-Imam Ahmed Raza (Karachi), which was much applauded by the participants of the Conference. Afterwards, this essay was published in the daily ‘Jang’ Rawalpindi and Lahore, which earned appreciation throughout the country. Seeing its popularity among the people, the ‘Idara-i-Mo’arif-e-Naumania’ of Lahore published it in the book form and distributed it as free-gift among the circles of scholars and justice-loving people. During January 1991, the ‘Idara-i-Tahqeeqat-e-Imam Ahmed Raza’ Karachi have published its Urdu text in the book form, along with the PREFACE written by the renowned writer and research scholar, most respected Professor Dr. Muhammad Masood Ahmed. The English version was translated by Mr. Nigar Erfaney Sabiri.......... Maulana Kausar Niazi also wrote the following: “He had been absorbed totally in the Love of the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) (Allah’s grace and peace be upon him), as a result his envious love was not willing to tolerate, even the least possible, the contempt to the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) (Allah’s grace and peace be upon him) even in the state of doubt”.
This is my personal observation and opinion and I stick to it: If Ala Hazrat Imama Ahmad Raza Khan Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu was still among us today, the heretic zakir naik would have already got his deserved title. |

Most likely people would have declared Ala Hazrat too extreme if he was in our time now!!!
May Allah Azwajul bless us all with another Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Rahmatullahi 'alayh during these troubled times. Ameen
