It has been noted by brother Saalik that this section was more sympathy and condolence rather than action and sending rewards to the bereaved. Looking more closely at the threads and replies, i would have to completely agree. Therefore from today [Friday 11th May 2007] all replies to such new threads must contain 1 x surah Fatiha, 3 x surah Ikhlaas (as a minimum) to be read with the intention of Isaale Thawaab. This will be far more beneficial to the deceased and you shall gain more reward too.


The same principle applies when a member makes a request for du'a, if at least 10 Darood Shareef (specific to the purpose of the du'a request - like Darood Shifaa for illness etc.) can be read and posted. This will be far more constructive and again more beneficial to all.

Jazaak Allah Respected Brother, for having approved the suggestion. May Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa through the Wasilaa-e-Paak of His Beloved Noor shower Endless Blessings in the qabr of your "Dear One's" who have passed away and give all of us tawfeeq to keep this thread alive so that the departed souls of our "Dear Elders and Youngsters" continue to benefit from the contribution of each and all of us here.

A Wali Allah Radi Allahu Anhu was passing near a qabrastaan. With His Roohaani Nazar he found the Ahlal kuboor (inhabitants of qabr) happily and busily collecting beads of pearls . He asked them the reason of their contentment, to which they replied:

"Someone was passing nearby and read 1x Surah Al Faatehah and 3x Surah Al Ikhlaas with the intention of Isaale Sawaab for us and we got them in the form of these 'Beads of Pearls' that you are seeing. This is why we are so happy."


Allahumma Salle Alaa Sayyidinah Wa Mawlaanah Raahate Qulubenaa Wa Shafie Zunubenaa Wa Tabibe Zaahirina Wa Baatinina Muhammadinw Wa Alaa Aalehi Wa Ashabehi Wa Awliyaae Ummatehi Ajmain Ilah Yawmiddeen.[/color]
