Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam)
Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
Most respected Imam may Allah accept your efforts... Imam saheb I have a question which I is as follows:
There are people who are very 'windy'. The flart very often. And the rule is that these person may flart during Namaz BUT on the condition that they make Wudzu before each Namaz. Now my question is: If such a person want to read the Quran Al-Kareem (and with that I mean touching the Quran and reading out of it) after let's say Fajr-Namaaz... must this person make wudzu before touching the Quran. I ask this because some people have the habit to read Surah Yasien after Fadjr and Magrib Namaz. And if a person who flarts very often has to make wudzu after his Namaaz to read and touch the Quran... it can we very annoying... because he had just made wudzu for the Namaz and short after this he has to make wudzu again for touching the Quran...
Whatever the rule is, it is the rule of Allah and must be held high in esteem... May Allah give you the strenght to answer and may Allah forgive you and your household...
Wassalam

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa SallamJazak'allah for your question. It does not matter whether a person has the habit of reciting Surah Ya Sin after the Fajr salah. The main ruling is that a person who is ill by the fact that he releases wind without him having the effort to do so, and thus is deemed ill because of it, he then must perform the ablution for a different salah. This is so that his wudhu' remains in tact, even though he is unable to control himself because of it. The overcoming thought ( ghalib guman) of such a person who is ill tends to suggest that if he is deemed to make fresh wudhu' for a fresh set of prayer, then surely he is also obliged to make fresh wudhu' for touching and praying the Qur'an, as this will increase the sanctity and the reverence for the Qur'an al kareem. The Qur'an states: 'La ya massuhu illal mutahharun'
'Non shall touch it, except those who are the pure ones' May Allah the Almighty help us to make the effort to perform as much wudhu' as we can, as it is a sunnah, and a means of purity and sanctity, and may He help us to overcome, our laziness, irritations, and excuses.
