Asalaam o alaikum
Maulana Sahib, I have two questions regading Salah and Wudu
Question regarding Salah
If wudu is broken during salah, is it permissible to perform wudu and carry on the Salah from where it was abandoned due to the breaking of the wudu.
Question Regarding Wudu
If one performs wudu (including washing of the private parts) and his/her wudu breaks soon after (ie his/her limbs are still wet from the first wudu) does he/she when doing wudu again need to repeat the washing of the private parts.
Jazaak Allah Khayr - May Allah reward you both in this world and the hearafter - ameen

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa aalihi wa Sallam)Jazak-Allah for your valued question. Make du'a that Allah Almighty gives us all the tawfiq, to say what is correct, and act upon it, (Amin). If a person breaks his ablution during salaah, then he must leave his salaah, and perform ablution, and then commence his salaah from the beginning of the one he started from. For example, if he prayed four sunnah and four fard, and broke his wudhu' in the two sunnah, then he has to start his two sunnah again, and complete his salaah. If during wudhu' someone breaks their wudhu' by expelling wind, then it is not necessary for him to wash his private parts, although he may have to do his wudhu' afresh. However, where wudhu' is broken due to excretion, urine, or expelling of the semen, then whatever comes out from the two places ( sabilayn) will entail for the istinja' to be performed, and then wudhu' but not so if the expulsion was merely by expelling wind. I hope that this answers your question. May Allah the Almighty give you the tawfiq to ask and learn, and may He keep us guided on the right path. (Amin) Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
