Nahmaduhu wa Nusalli 'ala' Rasulihi al-Karim.
Allah with His Name I begin; The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful.
After performing the Ghusal; Bathing, according to Shar'iah; Islamic Sacred Law, one is in a state of Taharah; Purity & Cleanliness, hence, there is no further need for the wudu; ritual ablution, unless after Ghusal you're wudu is nullified by the things which nullify and cancel one's Wudu.
Allah, The Most Glorious & The Majestic, is All-Wise, All-Knowing. Infinite Blessings & Peace upon His Beloved Messenger, Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa SAllam.
