Assalamu Alaikum
Can u please tell me the ruling from hanafi school of thought. A couple years ago I had an argument with my mother in law and in anger I said to my mum that if you send my mother in law any money then it will be a divorce now as I have come to know that has become a conditional divorce setting when I said that to my mum in my heart I had the intention that if she sends any money whatsoever then its divorce but after a while I was ok with my mother in law but my mum could still not send any money due to what I had said now there have been 3 times that I feel something could have gone wrong.
1: One day I overheard my mum talking to her mum (my grandmother) and saying that she gives her (my mother in law) 2000 rupees when I asked my mum about it she told me that my mum had asked my mother in law to send some suits from Pakistan and this was the payback money and my mum even knew that she is sending less then what was spent by my mother in law due to caution so in other words it was a trade.
2: My mum asked me to send some money in to her account and then a few moments later she phoned her brother and told him to send money to my mother in law but it was my money.
3: My mum went to Pakistan a few months ago I recently asked her that did she give her (my mother in law) any money and my mum said yes that at one point she did give her some money but it slipped her mind completely but when she remembered she told my grandmother and my grandmother said that she took the money on her head.
Please bear in mind that my mum has said that on any one of these occasions she did not have the slightest idea that it would affect my marriage. And is there any way to take back a conditional divorce? I have already given my wife 2 divorces so please tell me what the outcome is.
Jazakallah khair
