is widow allowed to put henna?

assalamu alaykum
my question is that is a widow allowed to put henna on her hands,and is she also allowed to have bangles on her arm.
Can a widow also put kajal in her eyes..i heard that it is sunnah for a woman to have singhar,,put henna etc..
i would appericiate your answer...

All Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam

It is sunnah for a woman to use henna, there is nothing wrong with bangles, but as far as make-up is concerned then it would not be convenient for a widow to put this on, as who is it that she is going to show it to? She has no husband, therefore she cant be showing it to other people.
