Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam Quite correct. It should be recited in such a low voice, that you know it doesnt disturb other people. To read it out loud out of ignorance, ignoring who is around you, will make you liable to commit sin. By being careful, and by being precarious, you may be able to avoid this, and this must be mentioned in mosque, by yourself, or one of the brothers. It is your duty. Jazak'allah for your question.
