Here is the related text for the 2006 edition from the publisher Barkatur Raza Publications of South Africa.
The edition we have for sale is the very latest 2008 Revised Edition - which is far superior, in terms of paper quality, binding and has additional new pages/content. This large and heavy book has over 700 pages and contains many colour photographs.
