assalamu alaikum,
if ones gums are bleeding i.e after dental treatment can one still do zikr i.e darood or duas before eating,looking in mirror, leaving house etc..?
Can one recite quran verbally?

Yes you can do. but how? for this u have to ask your Pir-o-Mursheed if you have one. If u dont have then first find one for yourself and then there will be guidance how to do Zikr under any circumstance.

you can read durood in any state bleeding or not you don't need wudhu to read durood.

Thats what I thought, what wuzu got to do with zikr, if they bleed a lot then pray in your heart
