assalamu alaikum,
The hadiths mentioned the rewards of reciting surah zilzaal and surah aadiyaat as being equivalent to being 1/2 quran and surah kaafiroon and surah nasr as being equivalent to 1/4 of quran and surah iklaas as being equivalent to 1/3 quran.
Therefore if one mainly reads these surahs in namaaz (prayer) due to their immense rewards and the fact that they are quite short surahs which one would normally recite at many times is that better for oneself?

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam That is correct, surahs that are mentioned in ahadith-e-Mubarikah which have been recited by the Beloved Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, not do they only give performance of the fard act, but also the sunnah act, and the reward which is specified for each surah therein. Remember, you get the same sawab for these when you recite them outside salah, as well as in salah, so please make a habit out of reciting them. Jazak'allah for your question.
