Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam Yes it is, although the tendency amongst the ahl-as-Sunnah is to say Radi Allahu anhu. However both are correct, as it discharges the legal duty of a Muslim of having respect, reverence, and honour, in relation to these personalities. Jazak'allah for your question.
