Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam No, definitely not. Dancing is not allowed at the Darbar, as such dancing is not wajd, but dancing. It is against the ethics and principle of visiting the darbar. Strict guidelines must be observed when visiting the darbar, and one must go beyond them. Regarding intruments; the daff is permissible, which adheres to the sunnah of the Beloved Messenger Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, but nothing more than this, as people these days have extended their uses to involve other things, which make it haram, and that is not permissible. Jazak'allah for your question. Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
