Brother Muhammad Arif have problem :
Seeking Fatwa and advice for the following issue.
Respected Sir, A few days ago,me and my wife had a heated verbal fight about a family issue, we both raised voices in extreme anger. Neither of us was controlling his or hers anger and we were shouting at each other sencelessly. Suddenly I dont know what happened to me, in extreme anger, I shouted out these words \"May ne tumhay talaq di...talaq di...talaq di \"( i.e I divorced her 3 times) .
Sir, this happened without any intention and without any pre plan. I was not able to control my anger and I was not aware of what I was saying and was not able to stop myself uttering these words, at that time. It did not came to my mind even once that I was uttering these words or I will utter these words.
Let me assure you that we had not a single resentment previously nor any resentment is been carried forward, all this happened suddenly and in a state of extreme anger.
I am a Sunni Muslim ( Hanafi ) and I regret very much of what I have done.To inform you more, I was having no intension or any plan to divorce her and nor I have any plan in future. All this happened only in the state of extreme anger .
Even while composing this letter my heart is crying and my eyes are filled with tears. Since then I am searching on the internet regarding this issue and I am getting confusing replies. I don’t want to lose her and we are God fearing people and for the sake of Allah please help me and guide me and also put light on this divorce , if it is valid or not, for which act of kindness I shall ever remain grateful to you. We have 2 children and we extremely love them ..
All I want is your sincere advice and show me the right way. It is also requested not to reveal my identity. Please treat this as an urgent matter and reply me at your soonest.
