Israeli must be punished for its failure to adhere to the Geneva convention concerning the collective punishment of the citizens of Gaza. Israeli tactics are cruel, malicious and demonstrate that Israel is not interested in the peace process or a Palestinian State. They are creating the ideal breeding ground for extremism, sabotaging peace efforts and squandering the good will they have been given.

i have signed this and got my husband to do so too. i think we should all sign these kinds of petitions as israel is attacking Palestine and no-body is doing anything about it.

this is the least that we can do for our suffering muslim brothers.

I signed up on this petition a while back and Mashallah there are over 28,000 signatures on it now, however the deadline is on 27th Jan so we must all push our friends, associates, relatives to sign up. Even if this govt does nothing Mr Thomas Chant who initiated this petition can hold the govt to account, this could be the most important petition we sign, I urge all members to spend the next few days forwarding the text message to all their contacts and sign this petition - it will be a travesty that millions who support the Gazans can't get 40k signatures. I applaud all the non Muslim names on the signature list for their humane moral values.

Even if it dosnt make the government change their stance on the issue, it will make a difference in our accounts on the day of judgement, that we did how ever small , out bit to to protest against it. It should be every Muslims duty to sign petitions and protest againt such opression and agression and killings of innocents.
