My parents wont agree to my marriage

Asalamalaikum dear Imam.


Me and my beloved love each other, and her parents are ready to give her hand to me, but the problem is that my parents wont allow the marriage, because she is a little older then me. I don't have any problem with it.


Can you please tell me what to do.

Yes, make sure that you dont get too involved with her, that you may commit a sinful act.

Start by praying salah regularly, and by making sincere du'a in front of the Almighty, that if He accepts your supplication, that you will donate/give so much in His name.

Now what that is, and how much, depends entirely upon you. But you must not give up praying your salah, and making sincere du'a.
