its a little dry like chicken takes ages to cook, my local hala butchers has them in near christmas, but since my sisters birthday is on boxing day we prefer to have a big leg of lamb or stake

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhui've never had a turkey and i'm not of the intention of cooking one either but hey if you want to cook me one i'm all for trying something new. funny thing though how many of you knew that turkey meat is also referred to as ham? i recently opened a halal pizza shop leaflet and i saw the words ham written in it. concerned i called them up and asked them and they told me that turkey meat is also called ham i don't see why they had to start calling halal meat ham it makes no sense to me!!!
