Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa SallamAssalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu"Parents are always right" If you don't agree with the above statement, I'd like to know: 1] what you do when you disagree with them. Do you still do what you want or do you still abide by their sayings. Examples are welcome. 2] your parents' email-id's so I can redirect them to this thread. Wassalamu 'alaykum

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAHSalla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam
Good question!
My parents are most of the time always right because they are older than me so they are much much wiser and more knowledgeable.
Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuVery brave and wise young boy. When you're young, things your parents say may seem wrong and you may not get and like it but they're older and were once young too. They have more life experience than you, they wish the best for you hoping you won't make (the same or other) mistakes (they made). Their judgement is in any way better than yours, because they see things and the effects of those things you don't see. And all the above doesn't mean that you can't ask them why something isn't allowed. Ask and learn. Wassalamu 'alaykum

Wassalamu 'alaykum salams, i agree with you brother. they are just telling us for or own good and what they say is most of the time the right thing to do.We might not agree with what they say but am sure what they tell us is right.
