Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam
Before i say anything i would like to seek permission from the Management of ISLAM786 Forum (admin, mods) that this year a poetry thread has not been initiated however there are certain participants who are eager to submit they words of praise to the Most Beloved Habeeb-e-paak Hazrath Sayyidna Mohammad Mustafa Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam, i would like to take the opportunity to begin this beautiful thread however you can later authenticate it as official(As per your Norms).
Like last year we shall hold the poetry competition for Milad un Nabi Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam (1431AH).
Same guidelines as last year where members (mods included) write a short verse (20 words) Praising the Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustufa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.
The Rules and guidelines.
1) No limit to the number of entries. (Everyone, anyone can enter)
2) Must be your own work.
3) Maximum of 20 words only.
Closing date if discussed shall be announced soon FY2010.
Just simply post your entry in this thread, every participant is a winner and for sure will be rewarded in this world and hereafter for the gems of words you choose to Praise The Beloved, and official if any for ultimate winner then shall be communicated very soon by Madani Propagations.
Need to know more please contact anyone from the moderating team.

Personally I don't think we need to have competition in this field because our attention will also be on winning. Instead we must praise freely without putting word limit as barrier and prize as target. We cannot measure one's love by a competition and recompense that by a prize. That's only my personal opinion  |
