Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem !!! Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu wa magfiratuhu !!! I HEARED DEFENETLY , THAT , WHEN YOU HAVE A PICTURE IN THE HOUSE--- THERE WILL BE NO ANGLE !!! OF CAUSE , TO PRAY INFRONT OF A PICTURE IS HARAM !!! BUT WHAT IS WHEN YOU MAKE PICTURES?? -- MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE IN SAUDIA AND VISIT THE ROSA WITH ONE OF HER ONKLE !!! OF CAUSE WE WANT TO TAKE PICTURES !!! --- BUT WHEN SHE SAYED : " ONKLE STAY INFRONT OF THE ROSA-- I WANT TO MAKE A PHOTO"-- HE SAYS:"LET IT , IT WILL GIVE US A BAD REWARD FROM ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta'ala !!!" ---BUT IT IS ALLSO SHURE THAT SHE NOT KNOW WHEN EVER SHE WILL SEE HIS ONKLE AGAIN .... SHE HER SELVE TOLD ME: "IT WILL BRING A BAD REWARD TO PHOTOGRAPH ALL THINGS WICH ARE ALIVED !!! (SHE IS A GOOD STUDENT FROM A QURAN SCHOOL !!!)--- THAN--- IS IT ALLSO FOR PLANTS ?? AND WHAT´S ABOUT WHEN YOU WANT TO SHOW FOR EXAMPLE YOUR NEW BORN SON ?? !!! Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu !!! Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuCamera photos and video is generally allowed(permissable/not haraam) as long as the content is not haraam in itself, according to majority of ulema. So you would be allowed to take photos of new born son and show to others. However hand drawn pictures and statues are haraam according to all scholars.

are not those pictures taken on cameras of humans that are then processed also haram?
i understand the masala in regards to video camera and photos that are found on a digital camera however if they are printed then wouldn't that make them aks-e saakit?

Mufti Akmal is one of my favourite scholars but he really should touch up on the the science behind digital imagery.
A digital camera takes video, still photographs, or both digitally. It records images on a light sensitive sensor. Instead of using a film, an arrangement of charged-coupled devices-light sensitive semiconductors, which stores electrical charges,-does the job. These digital sensors-composed of pixels -transform the light from the scene snapped into an analog signal which is then converted into a digital version. One electronic filtering system regulates color and other picture components. Another system reduces the picture. The image is finally sent to a temporary storage area and ultimately onto a memory card. Many compact digital cameras can record sound, video and still photographs.
Be it digital or analogue, this only relates to how the eventual image is formed and transferred but what we actually see is the same thing i.e. still images moving very fast to produce video imagery in both cases.
How then is this above halaal when still picture printed out on paper is haraam, especially as the process is the same before hand, i.e. they both capture a reflection/shadow through light.
Surely as soon as one shoots a picture via digital camera/camcorder he/she knows that they are actually creating alot of still images inside the equipment how is that not haraam regardless of whether we can see it or not?
On top of that when these still images are transferred very quickly into moving images(video) on to our screens how is that permissable? Would they become haram if we paused the picture or if it froze?
So we cannot say "this is halal because it suits us and not that which doesnt".
Thats why the majority of sunni ulema (not from only subcontinant) have simplified the masala by interpreting "tasweer" as either hand made pictures based on guesswork/mimic/ ones own abilities or those that cast a shadow(physical statues etc) and not those created by scientifically capturing a shadow/reflection via light etc. through scientific/technological means
If one was to state that photos(printed ones) create a shadow to then i would say that its not the content that creates the shadow but the physical paper its printed on and by that logic all paper does that, yet that(paper) is permissable.
Its is simple, when there is difference of opinion on a masala and the ulema are e haq are divided then follow the group of ulema you wish, but one does not gain the right to enforce ones opinion on the others that disagree, rather their opinion should be respected too

i respect both and go with the view of Mufti Akmal, jazak'Allah for explaining the opinion you follow.
Yes i agree with you fully that when there is a difference of opinion if both have daleels then both opinions must be respected, regardless what one may follow
