Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu who is interested in making nans alhumdulilah my recipe of nans is very popular in my friends and family. let me share wd u this story acuallly my husband loves to eat nans made at home I had been in Pakistan and one of my friend invited him and she made nans when I came back from Pk My husband said waooo what a nan and me just looking here and there becoze I had tried nan 2,three time but its always waste of material. But this time i decided to do it and what i did I prayed and dua to Allah Subhan Tallah that please give power to my hands. Alhumdulilah this time I used my own recipe and the nan was superbMy husband was very happy and the very next day he invited that family and I was very confused becoze u do not know it will be perfect this time or not. Alhumdulilah its was perfect and my friend said that she naver ever eaten the nans like that its very soft .Her husband also started praising the nans she was demanding recipe and my husband was very happy. as from that day everyone who had eaten my nan they always ask for recipe and me keep on telling them. u see when u take a power full decision u can do everything wd the will of Allah Subhan TAllah. I will soon post my recipe of nan .

Ingredients 1 1kg flour 2 half kg yogurt 3 salt 3 table spoon 4 butter 250 gram 5 yeast one packet 6 4 eggs method first of all take half glass of water which will be hot put the packet of yeast in water and one tea spoon of sugar mix it quikly for one minute then cover it.Now take a bowl and put the butter in it and salt as well put that bowl in micro for some seconds so that the butter comes to home temperature.Now put eggs in the butter and the yogurt also.Now ur yeast is ready open it and see if its coming out from the glass means it comes double put this also wd in the mixer now slowly put the flour inthe bowl and mix wd ur hand plz do not use water at all if the mixer is hard then put some hot milk and if its soft then add some more flour. Now air tied the bowl and let it for 3 to 4 hours. Inshallah u will have soft and tasty nans u can also freeze them and also u can use it for one week in fridge .if u have any questions let me know thanks

Wasalaam Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhuyes sister I bake the nans in oven but wd grill what i do is perheated the oven wd grill up to last temperature and I put the plate just to close to the grill and then i roll the nan on ban on gas wd olive oil and sesame seeds.And when its almost cooked from one side then i put in oven and for sesame seeds what u have to do first put them on nan and then wet ur fingers wd water and press them like the proffessional nans.As for the flour i use maida white flour hope all this helps u thanks
