Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuJazakhillahu Khairan for the information . but sis almost many persons who r diabetics use sugar free / artificial sweetner/ low sugar calorie( eg., natura etc., )in tea etc., and if they use natural sugar/sweetners thatz very harmful for them and also not recommended by docs. well, the doctors advise to totally avoid sweets /any sweet thing . but sometimes like in tea or so sugar free/ low sugar calorie is being taken. hm., thatz harmful and not recommended by docs as i hav told anyways sis why i was asking for any sugar free sweet recipes is bcoz ---like when we usually prepare any sweet dishes for Eid/ fatiha and so., we all eat it., but we really feel bad when we dont give it to parents if they are diabetics., as thatz what the doc has recommended to avoid it. so, was thinking is thr not any alternative, like instead of sugar any sugar free but sweet and less harmful recipes

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuHmm if its once or twice a year then u can make desserts of dates or any other sweet fruits etc (with lill sugar/optional).. and then after that for few days take any natural product fx Karwa kareilei ka pani or ginger water etc..(something that will (kind of) fight off the high sugar levels )
