Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
Very simple and easy boil two eggs take the white portion cut it in slices then make a mixture of flour(basan) add all the spices as your taste now put the egg white in this mixture fry in a oil and pakoras are ready

i've never heard of this Insha'Allah will try it.
one question do what do you do with the yellow bit of the egg? can you not put that in the pakora too?
