asslamoalaykum, can one of our learned brothers please help me understand why the angels will say to our Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) sallalaho alyhewassalam,"you do not know what they did after you had passed away" at the 'houje kauther' ,when we know that all our deeds are presented to huzoor e paak by the angels every monday and thursday,so of course the Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) salalahoalaywassalum, knows what we have done.so why will the angels say that .?JAZAK ALLAH.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
Here are a few related ahadith amongst others. The first thing that we must notice is that our Beloved Master Sayyidinah Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) is already telling (meaning that has already been informed by Allah Ta'ala) what will happen to some of His companions/ followers who turned their heels away from the deen after His departure from this mundane life. I need to get the sharh (commentary) of Sahih Bukhari to be able to further add to this, Inshah Allah! It won't be so soon so you'll have to be patient.
Sahih Bukhari, Book 76, Volume 8, Number 587:
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu): The Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said, "While I was sleeping, a group (of my followers were brought close to me), and when I recognized them, a man (an angel) came out from amongst (us) me and them, he said (to them), 'Come along.' I asked, 'Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah (Almighty)' I asked, 'what is wrong with them' He said, 'They turned apostate as renegades after you left.' Then behold! (Another) group (of my followers) were brought close to me, and when I recognized them, a man (an angel) came out from (me and them) he said (to them); Come along.' I asked, "Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah (Almighty).' I asked, What is wrong with them? ' He said, 'They turned apostate as renegades after you left. So I did not see anyone of them escaping except a few who were like camels without a shepherd."
Sahih Bukhari, Book 88, Volume 9, Number 172:
Narrated Asma' (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anha):
The Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said, "I will be at my Lake-Fount (Kauthar) waiting for whoever will come to me. Then some people will be taken away from me whereupon I will say, 'My followers!' It will be said, 'You do not know they turned Apostates as renegades (deserted their religion).'" (Ibn Abi Mulaika (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) said, "Allah (Almighty), we seek refuge with You from turning on our heels from the (Islamic) religion and from being put to trial").
Sahih Bukhari, Book 88, Volume 9, Number 173:
Narrated 'Abdullah (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu):
The Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount (Kauthar) and some men amongst you will be brought to me, and when I will try to hand them some water, they will be pulled away from me by force whereupon I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' Then the Almighty will say, 'You do not know what they did after you left, they introduced new things into the religion after you.'"
Sahih Bukhari, Book 88, Volume 9, Number 174:
Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu):
I heard the Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount (Kauthar), and whoever will come to it, will drink from it, and whoever will drink from it, will never become thirsty after that. There will come to me some people whom I know and they know me, and then a barrier will be set up between me and them." Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) added that the Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) further said: "I will say those people are from me. It will be said, 'You do not know what changes and new things they did after you.' Then I will say, 'Far removed (from mercy), far removed (from mercy), those who changed (the religion) after me! "

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuSahih Bukhari, Book 88, Volume 9, Number 173: Narrated 'Abdullah (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu): The Prophet (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount (Kauthar) and some men amongst you will be brought to me, and when I will try to hand them some water, they will be pulled away from me by force whereupon I will say, 'O Lord, My companions!' Then the Almighty will say, 'You do not know what they did after you left, they introduced new things into the religion after you.'" Translation to english has been done in such a literal way that it gives a different meaning. If instead of "You do not know what they did after you left..." it was translated as "Don't you know what they did after you left..." that would have been more understandable. In the Sharh (commentary) of Sahih Bukhari it is written that those who after the demise of Sayyidinah Muhammad Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam became apostates died in that state. Wahabis make an issue of this and say that Huzoor e Aqdas (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) had no knowledge of what was to happen and couldn't recognized them (those who would become apostates). The answer to this is that it will indeed happen like this on the day of resurrection and Huzoor e Aqdas (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) had during His physical life on earth already given news of it and this is knowledge of the unseen. The solid proof is that before His demise Huzoor e Aqdas (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) already informed His Companions and the generations to come about the incidence that will happen on the day of resurrection......... Furthermore, on that day we won't be able to recognize each other and everyone will be ardently desiring to have an individual attention from Huzoor e Aqdas (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam). We all know how much He loves His ummah, as a result the attention of Huzoor e Aqdas (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) will be shared to such extent that despite knowing that some of His companions/followers became apostates He will say 'O Lord, My companions!' when they will be pulled away from Him by force. Though our Beloved Master Sayyidinah Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) is well aware of our deeds till doomsday it will only be due to a lack of attention (at that time) and not due to a lack of knowledge.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
The following ahadith are undeniable proofs of the knowledge of our Beloved Master Sayyidinah Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam).
Sahih Muslim, Book 030, Hadith 5825
Anas b. Malik (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) reported that Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) stood when the sun had passed the meridian and he led them noon prayer and after observing salutations (completing the prayer) he stood upon the pulpit and talked about the Last Hour and made a mention of the important facts prior to it and then said: He who desires to ask anything from me let him ask me about it. By Allah (Almighty), I shall not move from this place so long as I do not inform you about that which you ask. Anas b. Malik (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) said: People began to shed tears profusely when they heard this from Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) and Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said it repeatedly: You ask me. Thereupon 'Abdullah b. Hudhafa (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) stood up and said: Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam), who is my father? He said: Your father is Hudhafa, and Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said repeatedly: Ask me, and (it was at this juncture that 'Umar (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) knelt down and said): We are well pleased with Allah as our Lord, with Islam as our code of life and with Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) as the Messenger (of Allah Almighty). Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) kept quiet so long as 'Umar (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) spoke. Then Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said: (The Doom) is near; by Him, in Whose Hand is the life of Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam), there was presented to me the Paradise and Hell in the nook of this enclosure, and I did not see good and evil like that of the present day. Ibn Shihab (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) reported: Ubaidullah b. 'Abdullah b. 'Utba (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) told me that the mother of 'Abdullah b. Hudhafa (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) told 'Abdullah b. Hudhafa (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu): I have never heard of a son more disobedient than you. Do you feel yourself immune from the fact that your mother committed a sin which the women in the pre-Islamic period committed and then you disgrace her in the eyes of the people? 'Abdullah b. Hudhafa (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) said: If my fatherhood were to be attributed to a black slave I would have connected myself with him.
Sahih Muslim, Book 030, Hadith 5827
Anas b. Malik (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) reported that the people asked Allah's Apostle (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) until he was hard pressed. He went out one day and he occupied the pulpit and said: Ask me and I shall leave no question of yours unanswered for you, and when the people heard about it they were overawed, as if (something tragic) was going to happen. Anas (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) said: I began to look towards the right and the left and (found) that every person was weeping wrapping his head with the cloth. Then a person in the mosque broke the ice and they used to dispute with him by attributing his fatherhood to another man than his own father. He said: Allah's Apostle (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam), who is my father? He said: Your father is Hudhafa. Then 'Umar b. Khattab (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) dared say something and said: We are well pleased with Allah (Almighty) as our Lord, with Islam as our code of life and with Muhammad (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) as our Messenger, seeking refuge with Allah (Almighty) from the evil of Turmoil. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi wa Sallam) said: Never did I see the good and evil as today. Paradise and Hell were given a visible shape before me (in this worldly life) and I saw both of them near this well.
