Should we ask some scholar to read wazaif or we can just read wazaif without asking any scholar first ?

This is the holy quran !!!
As we know we all get many, many good rewards- ;( sawab)(URDU):
from ALLAH (Subhaanahu wa ta'ala) when we read it !!!---It is ALL-HEALING for all problems exept of death !!!
We should receate it so many as possible !!!
FOR SOME WASIFA YOU NEED PERMISSION FROM A GOOD SHAH OR PIR OR ALIM !!! !!! !!!
---otherwice it will be very dangerous for us,because we have not so much knowleadge !!!!
IT IS VERY IMPORTAND !!!
For example in the past I posted a turky webside which contains compleately wrong wasaifs !!!!
YOU CAN GET IN VERY MUCH PSYCHICAL TROUBLE ;WHEN YOU USE THEM ON YOUR OWN;WHITOUT KNOWLEADE AND
PERMISSION !!! !!! !!!
There are allso many black sheep in the net !!!!!!!
Who use BLACK MAGIC INSTEAD TO HELP YOU !!!
Do you know the "DUBBLE PIR"FROM PAKISTAN , what he has done...??!!
He not takes magic,but earned HARAM MONAY;MANY BILLION RUPIES !!!!
AND TAKES ALL WHAT THE PEOPLE HAVE::::..... !!! !!!
there for we must be very carefull,but there are still enough really PIR;SHAH;ALIM,
where you get relly help by immidiatly rohany elaj ,taweez and wazaif !!!

NOR YOU NEED ANY PERMISSION !!! !!! !!!
But know,that you only can make a wazifa when you are doing your regulary prayer 5 times a day at least !!!
And of cause you have true beleave !!! !!! !!!
There are allso DANGEROUS wazifa for example to kill somebody.-----
YOU MUST BE REALLY SHURE ,THAT YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT POSITION !!!---
OTHERWICE YOU WILL BE DEAD YOURSELF !!! !!! !!!
