is ALLAH giving more reward when you are praying in jummat ?

Assalam-o-alleikum !!!

Dear brothers and sisters !!!

I am a women.

My son, as imam is leading the prayer at home .

My both greandsons are praying behind him in jummat.

My question is, if we women in our family get more reward,thawab in jummat or when we are praying allone ??

One hafiz says within jummat-and the other says better is to pray allone --which oppinion can I follow ??
